Tucked away in Umm Al Quwain, just a 55-minute drive from Dubai, lies the serene Mangrove Beach at Khor Al Yeefrah. The Department of Tourism and Antiquities of Umm Al Qaiwain officially inaugurated it in 2020, underscoring its commitment to environmental tourism and preservation. This is the UAE’s second public mangrove destination, following Abu Dhabi’s Jubail Park, which boasts activities like kayaking amidst its captivating boardwalk.
