40 WTF Hotel Moments That Will Make You Rethink Your Next Vacation
Close Encounters of the Toilet Kind
It looks like this restroom couldn’t decide if it’s a safety-first masterpiece or a slapdash DIY project gone wrong. The towel rails are doing double duty as grab bars, but you can’t help but wonder if they’d fold under pressure. And let’s not ignore the sink-to-toilet mirror placement that gives a front-row seat to… well, yourself. It’s like a setup for a sitcom episode gone slightly awry.
The charm here is in the unapologetic chaos of function over form. From the odd spacing to the misplaced elegance of a pristine towel holder right above the toilet, it’s a mystery if the designer thought, “Accessibility, but make it confusing.”
