Customer feedback is welcomed when it’s legitimate, but this hotel got fed up with outrageous suggestions like “adding a helicopter pad.” Well, they added a cutting-edge box for all the, ahem fun ideas that their guests might have. It’s almost as if they’re saying, “We’ll take your suggestions, but don’t expect any changes around here.”
It’s a brilliant way to set expectations, offering a reminder that not every suggestion is going to change the status quo. At least you know where your suggestion is going—straight to the shredder, and no hard feelings. But hey, at least they’re making the process entertaining.
