It’s almost as if they’re saying, “We’ll take your suggestions, but don’t expect any changes around here.”
It’s a brilliant way to set expectations, offering a reminder that not every suggestion is going to change the status quo. At least you know where your suggestion is going—straight to the shredder, and no hard feelings. But hey, at least they’re making the process entertaining.
