In Saudi-Arabien entstand vor einigen Jahren eine extreme Trendsportart, die internationale Aufmerksamkeit erregte: das sogenannte “Sidewall Skiing”. Das “Skiing” ist ein Auto-Fahrstunt, bei dem ein Auto auf zwei Rädern gefahren wird. In Saudi Arabien wurde dieser Stunt auf die nächste Ebene gehoben, indem der Fahrer während des Stunts durch das Fenster oder die offene Tür außerhalb des Fahrzeugs posiert und ein Foto von ihm gemacht wird.
Was als schräges Experiment begann, entwickelte sich zu einer Art Kunststück, das die Zuschauer weltweit faszinierte. Dieses Bild hier fängt einen dieser atemberaubenden Momente ein, indem der Fotograf auf dem Boden liegt und den Eindruck erweckt, als würde das Auto auf dem Kopf balancieren.
