Alors qu’ils couvraient la disparition d’une jeune fille, un hamster a pris la place du suspect Rodney Stanger à l’écran. La présentatrice, pas du tout déconcertée, a tout de suite clarifié que ce n’était pas le bon « rongeur » à chercher.
Elle a promis que la vraie photo de Stanger apparaîtrait plus tard dans le segment. Si ce petit incident a pu prêter à rire, il a également attiré l’attention sur un sujet sérieux. Qui aurait cru qu’un hamster pourrait devenir une petite célébrité sur Internet ?
