BONNIE RAITT – Nasceu em 1949
Cantora americana, Bonnie Raitt conquistou sucesso e fama depois que foi descoberta, em Nova Iorque, por uma repórter da Newsweek durante uma apresentação. Embora ela não tenha tido muitos hits em seu currículo naquela época, sua grande chance veio algum tempo depois com “Runaway”. A cantora recebeu 10 Grammys e foi considerada a 89º melhor guitarrista de todos os tempos pela revista Rolling Stone. Raitt continua fazendo música e tem lançado álbuns com frequência, mostrando que ainda tem talento de sobra. Sobre sua vida pessoal, Bonnie lutou contra abuso de álcool e drogas, mas está limpa depois de ir a rehab em 1987. Talvez tenha sido sua ida a reabilitação e sua dieta que a manteve com uma ótima forma desde então.
