Melanie Olivares, nacida en Badalona, España, es una actriz talentosa con una larga carrera actoral. Melanie se incorporó a la escuela de actuación de Cristina Rota en Madrid a una edad temprana ya que comprendió desde pequeña que quería ser actriz. Melanie saltó a la fama por primera vez en el programa infantil de 1993 “Lea al mono que es de goma”.
Desde entonces, ha protagonizado varias series aclamadas por la crítica, como Este es mi barrio y Más que amigos, esta última considerada como una de las mejores producciones televisivas de la historia de la televisión nacional. Melanie también ha probado suerte en el cine, comenzando con La chica de tus sueños de 1995 y continuando con películas como Disculpe, Disculpe y Noche de Reyes en 2013.
Melanie, sin embargo, se niega a darse por vencida y, en cambio, busca nuevos desafíos. , como protagonizar MasterChef Celebrity, donde pudo mostrar un lado nuevo de su personalidad. A pesar de su edad y del hecho de que ha ganado algo de peso, Melanie, de 47 años, todavía se ve muy hermosa.
