Christine Bleakley — Frank Lampard
Frank has always been hailed as an icon in Chelsea, an EPL outfit, and after retiring, he now manages Derby County, a Championship club. Prior to getting hitched to well-known television presenter, Christine Bleakley, Frank dated Elen Rivas with whom he shared Isla and Luna, their two daughters.
