Durante gli anni ’80 Predolin lavora a Mediaset dove conduce “Il Gioco delle coppie” che gli dona grande visibilità in tutta Italia. Da anni ormai il celebre conduttore si è allontanato dalle scene preferendo una vita più tranquilla. Nel 2010 il conduttore si è trasferito in Sardegna, dove ha aperto il ristorante “Il Pirata” a Porto Rotondo. Lui stesso accoglie i clienti e li allieta suonando il piano all’interno del locale. Si stima che il patrimonio dell’imprenditore ammonti a circa 1 milione di dollari.
