Bright Ride But Dumb Escape
Well, you have to give the thief credit for picking a car that’s practically begging to be noticed. A bright pink Volkswagen Beetle is about as low-key as a parade float, so it’s no surprise the cops didn’t have a hard time keeping track.
But in a plot twist worthy of a comedy film, the thief manages to ditch the car. Seems like an odd way to let go of a stolen ride—maybe the getaway plan wasn’t as well thought out as the vehicle choice. The poor thing never had a chance, and now it’s just another symbol of questionable decision-making.
