Marie Osmond – Née en 1959
Bien qu’elle n’ait jamais signé pour chanter avec sa famille The Osmonds, Marie Osmond s’est fait un nom vers 1970, établissant ainsi sa carrière solo. Son succès solo “Paper Roses” est devenu internationalement connu et vite, Osmond avait enchaîné la sortie de tubes à succès. Marie Osmond n’est pas seulement musicienne, mais aussi auteure et femme d’affaires de renom. Son succès a dû rendre sa fortune assez élevée. Osmond a lutté contre la dépression postnatale et on a supposé à tort qu’elle était en désintoxication, ce qui n’était qu’une réaction à un médicament qu’elle prenait. Le suicide de son fils en 2010 a attiré l’attention des médias sur la famille, ce qui les a amenés à faire appel à leur avocat pour résoudre le fiasco.
