The Doors
The Doors were an American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965, with singers like Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, guitarist Robby Krieger, and drummer John Densmore.
One of The Doors’ live shows was labeled infamous for many reasons other than their show-stopping hits such as Break on Through and Light My Fire. On March 1, 1969, during a gig at Miami’s Dinner Key Auditorium, singer Jim Morrison wanted to shout out loud at the audience and police officers who lined up in front of the stage. Then there was a face-palming incident right before the crowd. He was arrested and soon after he left for his heavenly abode.
