If there’s anyone that embodies the Disneyland motto of being the happiest place on earth, it is this woman in the picture. Unlike the ‘Angry Splash Mountain Lady,’ she appears to be having the time of her life. The establishment was opened in 1955, and over the years, it has had the world’s largest cumulative attendance of any theme park.
It has played an essential role in shaping the industry as a whole, as many of its features, such as the use of Disney characters, parades, and fireworks displays, have become standard worldwide. Immersing visitors in its movies and characters has also inspired other theme parks to do the same.
