Cheerleading involves a lot of things, from dancing to weight lifting. But nobody seems to talk about how cheers also require a lot of engineering. That’s right: to make their human pyramids and complex choreographies, cheerleaders often need to rely on physics. And when physics fails, things can go horribly wrong.
The five women in the picture got their physics wrong and ended up falling in front of everyone. Everybody makes mistakes, even the best, but this blunder could’ve been avoided with smart engineering. It reminded us of building demolition, except we watch people fumble instead of bricks and concrete.
