O dono do SBT possui uma enorme fortuna e alguns imóveis, incluindo sua mansão na Flórida – Orlando. A casa é localizada no condomínio Celebration Town Center, pertinho dos parques da Disney, próxima da mansão de Jorge Ben Jor. As casas nesse condomínio chegam a custar em torno de R$ 6 milhões e todo o local foi projetado para ser uma “cidadezinha”organizada e que dê a sensação que os moradores estão sempre de férias. Além disso, Silvio comprou uma casa para cada filho.
