O conceito é interessante, sem dúvidas. Seria uma casa subterrânea ecológica com alguns cômodos projetados ao exterior. O valor da obra ficaria na casa dos 11 milhões de dólares. No entanto, o projeto não foi aprovado para construção e hoje em dia é apenas um terreno que custa quase um milhão de dólares.
