Além disso, a mansão também conta com um bar externo para festas e sete quartos! Mas mesmo com todo esse luxo, Gwen Stefani decidiu mudar de ares e vendeu recentemente sua mansão por 25 milhões de dólares, ou 100 milhões de reais! E olha que foi com desconto: o preço que a cantora estava pedindo era 45 milhões de dólares (ou R$ 182 mi). Uma pechincha!
