A residência abriga uma casa de hóspedes, apartamento para o caseiro, quadra, piscina aberta com hidromassagem, área de boliche, máquina de remo e até mesmo um estábulo, que fica atrás do imóvel, onde Gaga cuida de seus cavalos.
