Born in Canada in 1955, Howie Mandel grabbed attention as a comedian, TV personality, and accomplished actor. He got his big break in the 80s and pushed bankruptcy miles away with a substantial role in St. Elsewhere. Mandel is also popular among the masses for creating Bobby’s World, a cartoon series.
