Actualmente, Luis Gnecco, con 58 años, aún está activo en su carrera artística, es miembro del Sindicato de Actores de Chile, y con varios premios y reconocimientos en su haber, continúa trabajando y haciendo lo mejor que sabe, actuar, además de ser algunos de los modelos de muchos de los nuevos actores de la generación.
