LUZ JIMÉNEZ – 86 AÑOS

Aunque pareciera difícil, sí existe alguien que supera a Ana Reeves en años de carrera y en edad. María Luz Jiménez Ormeño cuenta con más de 64 años de carrera y a sus 86 años sigue realizando trabajos en cine y televisión.
Luz Jiménez empezó su carrera luego de terminar de estudiar teatro en la Universidad de Chile en 1956, sin embargo, sus estudios se interrumpieron debido a que formó su familia. Pero años después, Luz regresó a la actuación y alcanzó la fama mundial gracias a sus trabajos en teatro.
Algunos de los últimos trabajos de Luz han sido Los anillos de la serpiente, La memoria de mi padre, Mis hermanos sueñan despiertos, Las 2 Carolinas, La Doña, Manuel Rodríguez, entre otros. Nos parece increíble que a su avanzada edad pueda seguir trabajando con tanta vitalidad y su público desea seguir viéndola por muchos años más.
