Outra sortuda proprietária de um Cadillac, Marlene Dietrich foi uma grande estrela dos anos 30 e 40 em filmes como O Anjo Azul. O modelo dela era um Cadillac 1934, um carro comprido e esquisitão para os padrões atuais, mas um símbolo inconfundível de status na época de Marlene.

Ele custava US$3.145 (R$12 mil) na época e, embora pareça extremamente barato, era um preço alto quando o dólar era muito mais valioso. Obviamente, não era para o “bico” de pessoas comuns e ele se popularizou entre as celebridades e os ricaços, assim como acontece com Maseratis e Ferraris nos dias de hoje.
