Aparentemente, ela teve que seguir a dieta HCG, que incluía uma ingestão escassa de 500 calorias por dia, juntamente com injeções de hormônio para reduzir o ganho de peso. Graças a Deus pela intervenção oportuna de sua mãe que Jojo conseguiu sair do inferno e a cantora mais assertiva e mais velha acredita que um peso saudável é mais importante do que ser magra e doente.
