These Celebrities Served In the Army Before Becoming Famous, Some of Them Were in World War II
Tom Selleck
Thomas William Selleck or Tom Selleck, as he is better known, is a famous producer and actor. People know him for his appearances in films like Three Men and a Baby and Mr. Baseball, and also for his portrayal of Dr.Richard Burke in the super-successful sitcom, Friends. Tom performed duties for the California Army National Guard, and it was during the 1965 Watts Riots in Los Angeles when his unit became active. Tom now serves as a Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund spokesperson. With his services to the United States Army, we hope Selleck can easily avail veterans loans if required in the near future.
