Stand-up comedian George Carlin had joined the Air Force as a radar technician. He was particularly known for being a social critic and often got in trouble for portraying some controversial topic in his shows. Thankfully, his lawyers got him out of trouble every time. Even during his Airforce days, he was always in some mess or another and was court-martialed three times. However, he was a pioneer in the counter-culture movement of that era and worked till the last day of his life. Retirement homes were not for him!
