Anthony Anderson: Paleo Diet
Having suffered from Type 2 Diabetes since his teenage years and losing his father to the dreaded diseases made comedian and actor Anthony Anderson realize he had to take action, fast. But he was unsure of joining a gym, and so hired a nutritionist who helped him go on a Paleo diet. The program that consisted of organic, pesticide-free greens and hormone-free fish and chicken, helped Anderson’s body to regulate body fat into pure muscle. He also biked a lot and went on walks to keep his health at its peak and aid his weight loss program.
