Owens reached the crescendo of popularity when he played the role of Chuck Sherman in several American Pie installments. His career, however, went through a downward spiral, once the show was over, and Chris could never regain his popularity. A 2014 New York Daily report claimed that Chris was working at a Santa Monica restaurant as a waiter, and as per recent reports, he’s still at the same job. It’s heartbreaking to see a teen idol doing an odd job just to make ends meet. All the wannabe actors in Hollywood should take a lesson from Owen’s life and should pay off their loans in right time to maintain their credit score.
