Sam Allardyce – $3.9 Million, Moraira
Sam Allardyce is a former football manager who has managed a number of clubs in the English Premier League. His villa, located in Moraira on the Costa Brava, features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a wine cellar, a private garden, a marina, and a hot tub and swimming pool.
It also has a large open-plan kitchen and sitting room and boasts beautiful sea views. The air-conditioned property, known as “Big Sam’s Villa” due to the plaque on the outside wall, was purchased by its owner in 2009 for £1.9 million and was listed for $3.9 million in 2017. It is conveniently located near a golf course.
