Ashley Cole – $6 Million, Surrey
Ashley Cole is a retired English soccer player who is best known for his successful stint at the Premier League club Arsenal and his later career at Chelsea. Off the pitch, Cole is known for his lavish lifestyle and his love of luxury, and in 2006, he bought a Surrey mansion for £3.5 million.
Extensive work was carried out on the property, which included a five-a-side football pitch, a tennis court, and a two-hole golf course. A swimming pool and sauna were also added, together with a cinema room and snooker hall for entertaining guests. In 2018, it was sold for $6 million, netting him a profit.
