Raj Kundra $2.2 Million, Juhu
Raj Kundra is a businessman who is the co-founder of the IPL cricket team Rajasthan Royals. He is also a producer of several Bollywood movies and is the owner of a beautiful home. The Mumbai bungalow, nicknamed ‘Kinara,’ is owned by Kundra and his wife, Shilpa Shetty, and is located on the seaside in the Juhu Beach area.
His partner personally oversaw the interior design of the luxurious home, choosing items from around the world to give it a modern yet classic appeal. According to reports, the estimated price of the home is $2.2 million. Kundra previously lived in London before moving to Mumbai and setting up their mansion.
