The retired sportsman played American football as a quarterback for 15 years and represented the National Football League side, the New York Giants throughout the entirety of his career. After he quit the sport, Phil went on to become an ESPN analyst and an NBC color commentator and is currently employed with CBS as a TV sportscaster. Recently, Simms was in the news for some other reasons though. He decided to sell his 20-acre private estate in Franklin Lakes for an approximate price of $8.25 million. As per his financial attorney, Phil and his better half, Diana bought the 10,000-square-foot house for almost $1.55 million in 1999. It’s a country-style property and features a spacious kitchen, a master suite which has a study along with it, a spa, a pool, a gym, and many more.
