42 Incredible Celebrity Mansions – See Who’s Living In Style & Who’s Just Wasting Money
Oprah Winfrey – $50 Million, California
We love Oprah so much, but we love her house even more! When your net worth is over $3 billion, an exceptional real estate portfolio seems fitting. So, why not spend over $50 million for a fabulous home and add it to your list of properties? This “haven” or “promised land” stretches itself to an area of 23,000 square feet, and its estimated worth is currently reported to be more than $165 million, according to Forbes. The property is the media mogul’s biggest investment so far. The fortress-like mansion surrounded by green plantation, with fantastic mountain and ocean views, must have one of the largest insurance cost in the area.
