Actor Kurt Russell is no stranger to being the center of media attention after almost five decades in the industry. The Tango & Cash actor remained in the spotlight especially when he purchased a luxury private jet that he believed serves as an insurance for his retirement. No surprises there, seeing as Russell is himself an FAA-licensed pilot. The Socata TBM is a light transport jet with a high performing single-turboprop engine and is used both by the military and civilian fliers. The luxury plane was built in France by SOCATA and can seat up to seven people including a pilot and crew member. For someone with a net worth of $70 million buying a private jet is not a big deal!
