Kirstie Alley – 50 lbs, Diet Plan
Alley garnered worldwide recognition with her portrayal of Saavik in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, a 1982 science fiction film. You might also know her as Rebecca Howe from Cheers, a sitcom on NBC. The role fetched her a Golden Globe as well as an Emmy Award in 1991. If that’s not impressive enough, she was also given a star on the prestigious Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1995. Kirstie has always had an issue with her weight. She lost and gained weight periodically, and she was completely at her wit’s end trying to deal with it. However, Alley has managed to shed off 50 pounds recently, surprising everyone with her gorgeous new figure. She credits her nutritious diet and strict fitness regimen as the main factors that helped her get back in proper shape.
