While it’s no surprise what the aim of The Biggest Loser is, the show’s contestants often end up shocking its viewers with their massive transformations. The 24-year old winner of Season 15 proved just that with her weight loss; she dropped 155 lbs. Alas this caused some controversy among the viewers and Rachel’s lawyer had to get involved due to all the bullying. Rachel’s grueling diet and workout regime might have helped her lose weight very fast, but the young woman felt she wasn’t at her most comfortable. Reportedly, she put on 20 lbs after the show, and feels that it’s just the weight she’d like to remain at.
