Chrissy Teigen – Exercise & Superfood Diet
Supermodel Chrissy Teigen was once the envy of everyone who wanted a perfect weight. She did however put on quite a bit of weight during pregnancy. Although she found it a bit difficult to shed it off initially, Chrissy jumped right in and hired a personal trainer to help her lose the baby weight.
