After clinching a role in Mel Gibson’s What Women Want, Brooke Elliot became a well-known name in Hollywood. However, her career didn’t start there as she had already performed on Broadway earlier. Her weight loss happened because of Zumba, Turbo, Yoga, Pilates and weight training.
