Big Show is a well-known wrestler who has also acted in movies like Jingle All The Way, and The Waterboy. At seven feet, he weighted 400 pounds, and his wrestling pseudonym couldn’t have been more apt. Over the years, he went on to gain even more, and at one time reached the weight of 520 pounds. Finally, he paid some attention to his health and took a break from professional wrestling. He took to weight-lifting, and also consulted experts regarding what changes he should make in his diet. He has brought down his weight to 380 pounds now, losing about 140 pounds in total. Finally, the giant is sporting some abs!
