MC HAMMER: OVERSPENDING
MC Hammer enjoyed a multitude of perks as a result of being a hip-hop star. After all, money and fame do go hand in hand. But even composing a memorable tune cannot save you from going bankrupt. So after purchasing a deluxe house and acquiring more staff than he needed, his millions of dollars in net worth began depleting rapidly. Soon enough, he filed for bankruptcy and turned around to become a pastor. Unfortunately, it was too late for his bank account to recover. There doesn’t seem to be a way for him to make a comeback and rise as high as he did during his hip-hop career, but that’s not to say that he’s doing too badly these days.
