Noelia Arias nacida el 25 de noviembre de 1980 La Licenciada Tettarelli, nacida como Noelia del Pilar Arias en el barrio de Renca en Santiago, es una famosa actriz y socialité chilena.
La primera aparición televisiva de Noelia fue en La Red de El Sótano en 1999; la segunda fue en Vamos Chile en 2003, donde le dieron el nombre de La Licenciada. La Sra.
Carlita Tettarelli ha aparecido en numerosas películas y episodios de televisión, incluyendo Infiltradas y Peleles, The Craving and Swinger, La Vida es Una lotera y Teatro en Chilevisión, entre muchos otros. Con más de 40 años y en excelente forma, Noelia Arias es una DJ carismática que aprendió su oficio de dos pioneras de la escena electrónica de México.
