Jasper Cillessen, die zijn voetbalcarrière stap voor stap opbouwde van NEC naar Ajax en uiteindelijk FC Barcelona, heeft zijn salaris met elke transfer zien groeien, tot een miljoenensalaris bij Barça. Tijdens zijn tijd in Spanje kreeg hij de keuze uit verschillende modellen van sponsor Audi, en hij koos voor de ingetogen Audi Q7, een elegante SUV met een waarde van €65.000. Hoewel bescheiden vergeleken met de wagenkeuzes van veel teamgenoten, paste de Q7 goed bij Jasper’s voorkeur voor comfort zonder al te veel opsmuk.
