Saskia de Brauw, ooit het muse van Karl Lagerfeld, combineert haar aristocratische achtergrond met een indrukwekkende carrière in de modewereld. Ze begon als model op zestienjarige leeftijd en was drie jaar actief in België, Duitsland en Nederland. Na een pauze voor kunststudies en performancekunst, keerde ze op haar 29e terug in de modewereld. Deze comeback bracht haar op de covers van de Franse en Italiaanse Vogue en resulteerde in samenwerkingen met merken zoals Givenchy. Ze heeft ook met muzikale grootheden als David Bowie en Daft Punk gewerkt. Tegenwoordig richt De Brauw haar energie opnieuw op de kunsten, waarmee ze haar creatieve horizon verder uitbreidt.
