Yorick van Wageningen – Acteur
Yorick van Wageningen maakte zijn eerste stappen in de Nederlandse televisieindustrie met rollen in de populaire serie Spijkerhoek en de soap Goede Tijden Slechte Tijden tijdens de jaren ‘90. Gedreven door de ambitie om zich te meten op internationaal niveau, verhuisde hij naar de Verenigde Staten, waar zijn krachtige acteerprestaties en bijzondere uitstraling hem rollen opleverden in films als Beyond Borders en The Chronicles of Riddick. Na zijn terugkeer naar Nederland voor de film Oorlogswinter, vervolgde Yorick zijn internationale avontuur met opvallende rollen, waaronder in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Met zijn 60 jaar blijft hij zowel geprezen als gewild, wat getuigt van zijn blijvende invloed en toewijding aan zijn vak.
