So wird Britney Spear ohne Operation aussehen. Blackout (2007), das fünfte Studioalbum von Spears, gilt weithin als ihr größtes. Aufgrund der freiwilligen Konservatorschaft von Spears und anschließender persönlicher Probleme, die Schlagzeilen machten, war die Plattenwerbung begrenzt. Seitdem hat sie zwei weitere Alben aufgenommen, die die Charts anführten:
Circus von 2008 und Femme Fatale von 2011, von denen letzteres ihre kommerziell erfolgreichste Zeit mit Singles in den Vereinigten Staaten hervorbrachte.
