Fábio Porchat – Dieta, exercícios e participação no quadro “Medida Certa”
Ainda seguindo a lista de humoristas, trazemos Fábio Porchat como mais um caso de transformação de corpo e mudança de peso. Após participar do quadro do programa dominical Fantástico, chamado “Medida Certa”, o apresentador eliminou mais de 20kg e reduziu drásticamente o percentual de gordura, que passou de quase 30% para aproximadamente 11%, com dieta balanceada e exercícios físicos. Atualmente, Porchat mantém a boa forma, apesar de variar alguns quilos de vez em quando. Esperamos que o humorista e apresentador não precise de outro plano de emagrecimento!
