Quem conhece Fernanda Souza, sabe que a atriz já teve seus dias de sobrepeso. A atriz, que ganhou quase 10kg para interpretar a personagem Carola na novela “O profeta”, vem mantendo a forma com uma série de exercícios físicos e uma dieta equilibrada. A atual apresentadora do Multishow, recorreu a ajuda de um personal trainer, que a orienta na malhação, e excluiu doces, frituras, farinha branca e bebida alcoólica da rotina. Slide e escadas são algumas das atividades aeróbicas que a esposa de Thiaguinho incluiu no seu treino. Além disso, a atriz toma um café da manhã reforçado e também entrou na onda da marmita saudável no trabalho.
