¿Será esto karate sobre hielo o hockey sobre hielo?
El Hockey sobre hielo es un deporte que se juega entre dos equipos de 6 jugadores, con patines sobre una pista de hielo. Es sabido que los atletas que practican hockey sobre hielo, gozan de un temperamento fuerte y no tienen problemas a la hora de pelear. La cultura de pelea en dicho deporte se conoce como “El código”. Sin dudas esta característica del deporte pone en situaciones difíciles a los árbitros, quienes deben separar en más de una ocasión a los contrincantes. En esta fotografía se puede apreciar como Corey Tropp, jugador de Columbus Blue Jackets que quiso poner a prueba sus habilidades de karate. Su contrincante en la pelea fue Michael Ferland, un jugador de los Calgary Flames.
