¿Qué piensan de alguien que fue llamado como un plato delicioso de comida? Meatloaf, músico de 70 años, nació con el nombre de Michael Lee Aday. Él nació en una familia con un historial de obesidad, Meatloaf también tuvo problemas con su peso según comenzó a envejecer, en un momento en su vida llegó a pesar 320 libras. Sabiendo las repercusiones de la obesidad, Meatloaf cambió su vida y se unió al programa Slim Fast. Él también hizo cambios radicales en su dieta y comenzó una dieta rica en proteínas y se convirtió en vegetariano. Los cambios drásticos lo ayudaron a perder peso poco a poco en el transcurso de muchos años, él logro perder 120 libras.
