Alessandra Rampolla es una presentadora de televisión muy famosa por hablar sobre temas eróticos en su programa sin ninguna inhibición y desde un punto de vista profesional. Alessandra lleva mucho tiempo en la televisión y nos habíamos acostumbrado a su figura rellenita y adorable, pero ella decidió cambiar todo al hacerse un bypass gástrico.
